We will cover all heat/cooling costs (within reason) and basic trash/water/sewer utilities as well as basic cable and internet. The kitchen is for chefs to delight in. There is a suite of the highest end GE appliances. We have the highest grade stove vent fan for cooking at extremely high heats. And beautiful marble counters along with a farmhouse sink for that perfect clean feel. There is a built in wall of driftwood exposed pipe shelves for an easy access pantry. The bedroom is small but the walk in closet is HUGE and can easily handle you and another persons wardrobe. It also has a direct door entranceway to the bathroom for an 'ensuite' like layout. We are looking for responsible tennants that would like to stay for 6months max .. our ideal is a month to month lease. . After all the LOVE we put into this home we have to sell it because we are de-escalating our marriage. This is a HUGE loss for us both emotionally. We will be putting this front house on market ideally in the Spring but the timing is not certain so we need to find tennants until we are able to do so. It is also possible that you might want to purchase this home before it goes on market and save some of the real estate costs associated! month to month is ideal but open to 6 month leases as well. We are looking for tennants who are somewhat self sufficient. Because we live out of state we arent as available as someone who lives in town/in state. Our tennants in the past have been high communicative with us. Sharing whenever there is a possible issue or damage and then helping in the process by either letting us walk though solutions and try them out together or work with professionals when necessary. My husband works full time managing a large scale housing development and he is certified in many systems and very competent in repairs. Weve been able to manage small fixes with our tennants and some hand holding and its been fantastic. We are somewhat flexible on move in date. Our current tennants plan to move out during the month of November. So ideally we are looking for a Dec 1 move in date for new tennants...but we could do Dec 15th. There could also be the a few days to move in early potentially worked out.
