2. PROPERTY CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
The Tenant acknowledges that the Premises are a high-quality, newly renovated luxury home. The Tenant accepts the Premises in its current condition and agrees to maintain the interior and exterior in a clean, sanitary, and undamaged condition, taking special care of the custom fixtures and high-end finishes (e.g., cabinets, flooring, and appliances).
3. LANDLORD RIGHT OF ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE:
A. Scheduled Inspections to protect the integrity and value of the high-end finishes, the Landlord reserves the right to enter the premises with 24 hours notice to conduct routine maintenance, necessary repairs, or quarterly/as necessary compliance checks to ensure the property is being maintained appropriately.
4. PROHIBITION OF PETS
STRICT NO-PET POLICY: No animals, including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, or insects, shall not be kept on or about the Premises at any time, even temporarily. The only exception to this policy is a service animal specifically required by law for a disabled individual, provided the Tenant notifies the Landlord in writing prior to occupancy. Any violation of this No-Pet Policy shall constitute a material breach of this Lease and shall be grounds for immediate termination of the tenancy and eviction.
5. No smoking inside the home.
