    Available early Feb 2022 to end of April, possibly longer. Fantastic location, just minutes from downtown St. Paul and easy access to 35E and 94. One short block to bus line. Fantastic coffee shop, antique shop, grocery store and cafes all within easy walking or biking distance. Great neighbours on all sides of the house. It's a beautiful, leafy, hidden gem of neighborhood tucked away near the Mississippi River bluffs. I am subletting my apartment to a respectful, responsible person. The apartment is furnished and has everything you could need, including linens and cooking utensils. It is the top floor of a duplex. The downstairs neighbours are a young, busy, quiet and friendly couple. There is a dedicated washing machine and dryer in the basement for your use. There is ample off-street parking with the possibility of a garage parking spot if needed. I have worked hard to make it a lovely home so it would be great to have someone live here who appreciates that, can enjoy it, and also take care. The apartment is spacious, with a three-season front porch, dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath, and two bedrooms (one of those will be used for storing my things). It is a 1915 house with tons of character, including original wood trim, pocket doors, and wood floors. Basic utilities are $150/month including internet, electric, gas, garbage, sewer, water, and recycling. I have tons of plants that I'd like to keep in the apartment, so the space would be perfect for someone who enjoys greenery and wouldn't mind watering them on a weekly basis. This arrangement would be ideal for someone going to school for the semester, in a work rotation, or working in the downtown area.
