Double garage with plenty of storage, and outdoor patio with furniture and a fire table. The house is in Columbia City/Rainier Beach area. The neighborhood is quiet, has plenty of street parking, right next to the Chief Sealth trail and other parks for walking/biking. 10 min walk to the light rail station, Safeway, Asian grocery stores, restaurants and cafe. Close to the I-5 and easy drive to other parts of the city. 10 min drive to Lake Washington and Seward Park. The house is currently occupied by me and another girl, and a cat.
