My boyfriend and I are looking for someone interested in renting our home, a cottage craftsman in Ravenna. I will be showing it this week from December 6th - December 9th from 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm and by appointment. Downstairs we have another room (currently used as a bedroom), full bath, laundry area, office area, and a entertainment area with kitchenette for another 850 sq ft. The cost is $2600 rent + $250 utilities (electric/gas/water/internet). Move-in monies (first / last / security deposit) and arrangements can be discussed. There are some furnishings / furniture and this can also be discussed. The house is located a few blocks from Third Place Books (which itself is at the intersection of NE 65th St and 20th Ave NE). We are served by a bunch of bus lines, including the 48, 71, 72, 73, 76, and 373. There are three markets(Whole Foods, Daiso, and Safeway) nearby, and some yummy restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet (no party houses!) and conveniently located. Absolutely no illegal drugs or smoking (of any type) inside the house, and (probably) no pets (sorry). Interested?
