Our beautiful fully furnished home is available for short term or long term rent. The living room has a pull out couch for extra sleeping space if needed. We have queen beds in 2 bedrooms and the third bedroom is a trundle bed each mattress is a twin size. Our fully stocked kitchen is great for cooking and baking and a grill in the backyard, along with a brand new pool. Pool maintenance included & lawncare. For short term stays, water & electric will be included in rent for an additional $200.00 a month. For long term, tenant can put utilities in place. We also have a laundry room with w/d. Completely fenced in large yard. We are pet friendly! Absolutely NO smoking. Driveway for parking. Privately owned property management for any issues or questions. Lovely neighbors & close to access roads for travel. Tours available anytime. We ask for an application for each tenant over the age of 18, credit check, background & criminal check. Proof of income & previous rental history. Monthly salary must be 2.5x minimum monthly rent. No evictions in last 4 years & good standing with previous landlord. We are also on furnished finer & air bnb. Electric is not included in rent if long term. Owner pays for water & pool maintenance if under 3 months stay.
