There is a tile walk in shower. There's a built in couch seating area with a view and room for another small couch. Plenty of space for a kitchen table or workspace/deck area. There is room above the kitchen for a bed that is accessed by a ladder. (please refer to photos) Please note, in order to access this unit the tenant must walk up a driveway and several sets of stairs. Maximum occupancy is two people. Rent is $1550 per month. Tenant pays an $150 flat fee per month for the following utilities - Gas, Electricity, Water/Sewer, Garbage/Recycling. Unit comes unfurnished. Smoking and/or the use of e-cigarettes/vaping devices inside the home, or anywhere on the property, is strictly prohibited.
