Please note, in order to access this unit the tenant must walk up a driveway and several sets of stairs.
Maximum occupancy is two people.
Rent is $1550 per month. Tenant pays an $150 flat fee per month for the following utilities - Gas, Electricity, Water/Sewer, Garbage/Recycling.

Smoking and/or the use of e-cigarettes/vaping devices inside the home, or anywhere on the property, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this house rule are grounds for eviction.
