Welcome home to a well-maintained 2,300+ sq. ft. house just 20 minutes from UTK. We have two fully furnished private bedrooms waiting for you! Our Rocky Top King Room is a lovely 150 sq. ft. sanctuary complete with a king size bed, desk, Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, seating area, and black out blinds and curtains. The bed has a brand-new mattress with a pillow topper, high end pillows for both back/side sleepers and stomach sleepers, high-end linens (suitable for anyone with sensitive skin or allergies) and cooling blanket for a restful sleep after a long shift at work. There is also a seating area with a lamp, a comfortable chair and ottoman; a perfect area to read and unwind. Room has a large closet and plenty of drawers including under the bed drawers for clothing storage. Our Tennessee River Queen Room is a beautiful 130 sq. ft. sanctuary complete with a queen size bed, desk, Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and black out blinds and curtains. The bed has a brand-new mattress with a pillow topper, high end pillows for both back/side sleepers and stomach sleepers, high-end linens (suitable for anyone with sensitive skin or allergies) and cooling blanket for a restful sleep after a long shift at work. There is also the bonus of an 18 sq. ft. bay window seat with a lamp; a perfect area to read and unwind. Room has two large closets, a small chest of drawers in one closet and plenty of under the bed drawers for clothing storage. These two private bedrooms share a full bath with a large linen closet, stocked with soft towels. Bedrooms have keypad coded entry as do the exterior doors to the home. Please note: these bedrooms are on the top floor of the house so you do have to be able to navigate stairs. Tenants have complete access to all amenities, including in house laundry located on the main floor with washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, a basement lounge and newly renovated balcony boasting beautiful Rocky Top sunsets. The main floor balcony is equipped with a new barbeque, fire table, water fountain and furnished sitting area. The front porch seating area is perfect for morning coffee/tea. Main floor has a fully equip expansive and fully stocked kitchen with deluxe appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, electric tea kettle, a fresh brew coffee system also Keurig coffee system and small toaster oven. There is a pot filler over the stove, a center island with seating for six, granite countertops and generous cabinet space for storage. Basement has an industrial/steampunk themed lounge with wet bar, 1/2 bath, mudroom space and garage access. Also has additional storage and a large freezer. Tenants enjoy free private parking in back of the house, and tenants share 2 garage spaces. No parking fees or permits needed. The two garages were shared and rotated between the three previous tenants. Shopping centers are 5 minutes away on nearby Clinton Highway, and include Walmart, Kroger, Food City and Aldi. Current tenant is a 3rd year UTK CVM female student looking for 2 roommates. Current tenant is friendly, social and studious. Current tenant has 2 cats, so be aware if you have allergies that cats are in main living space. Pets are negotiable. There is ample room for pet seperation. Application, background check, and renter's insurance are required. Occupancy available in August; 1 year renewable lease. Monthly rent per tenant is $1,000 for a one year lease. WiFi and utilities costs are shared among tenants. Lawn care cost is included in the rent and covered by a lawn care service. Refundable security deposit is $1,000.
