We're in search of a roommate to rent a, private bedroom/bathroom/office, suite of rooms, ~394 sqft, and share our gorgeous house. The room also comes with 1 off-street parking spot. We love hiking, gaming, movies, hanging out with friends, and our two cats. One of us is a data engineer. The other is a medical student. We're pretty tidy and communicate well in general, but particularly strong at communicating about shared spaces. As shown in the pictures, the house has a large kitchen, two living spaces, two decks, a shared storage room and a big laundry room. We share utilities. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed. No pets.
