We're in search of a roommate to rent a, private bedroom/bathroom rooms, ~260 sqft, and share our gorgeous house. The room also comes with 1 off-street parking spot. Just 5.3 miles from UC Berkeley (per Google Maps), live comfortably in beautiful Montclair with great access to shopping, dining, major freeways, and major employers, while saving money for a life goal. We love hiking, gaming, movies, hanging out with friends, and our two cats. One of us is a data engineer. The other is a medical student. We're pretty tidy and communicate well in general, but particularly strong at communicating about shared spaces. As shown in the pictures, the house has a large kitchen, two living spaces, two decks, a shared storage room and a big laundry room. We share utilities. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed. No pets.
