This condo is a great living space for 1-2 people. It features a large, L-shaped living room and dining area with a large window and a massive sliding glass door that exits to a fenced in (5 ft. privacy fence and gate) ground level patio. Inside the entrance-closet by the front door is a stackable washer/dryer (purchased and installed in 2019- brand new) and shelving for laundry items. The dining area has a fan and overhead lighting fixture (just outside the kitchen entrance).
The kitchen has two entrances, tons of closed storage space with low and high cabinets on both sides of the kitchen, working stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge (bought in 2012) and garbage disposal.
The bathroom was updated in 2014 with new tile (floor and wall), a new modern sink and vanity, new fixtures (towel rack, toilet paper dispenser) plus was painted. There is a built in cabinet with shelves and a pullout drawer just outside the bathroom.

Hunting Ridge as a condo community offers a number of amenities. These include an off-site staffed office with a club-house you can rent for events, a fitness center, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. Ample gardens and walking paths for strolling or walking your pet. The parking requires an owner or visitors permit, of which I have 1 owner and 2 visitor tags.
Location is everything and Hunting Ridge is right across the street from Schrom Hills park (soccer, baseball and basketball courts, walking/running path, fitness equipment, covered picnic area and gardens), right behind Greenway Shopping Center, and right around the corner from the NASA Goddard/Greenbelt Rd exit on 295. Both the Greenbelt (green line) and New Carrolton (orange line) Metro stops are about 5 min. away in opposite directions.
The condo has some minor cosmetic blemishes (for example some scratches and paint on the bedroom floor, etc)- and is being sold as-is.
