Additions were done in 1988 and 2015. In 1988 addition a 2 car garage was added to the rear of the garage, a workroom off the side of the garage addition (190 sq. feet) and dining area in living area (120 sq. ft.). In 2014 a four season room was added (170 sq. ft.). The room above the garage was converted to a bedroom (230 sq. ft.) but cannot be counted as bedroom according to code restrictions. All molding, dark stained pine, was replaced with a light stained oak trim upstairs and down. Basement is partially finished - has remained dry and without leaks. 2 sump pumps. A kitchen remodel/extension was done in 2011 - quartz countertops, hickory cupboards. New windows installed in 2012. Metal roof installed in 2019 - lifetime warranty for original owners, 15 year warranty for a new owner. New driveway installed in July 2022 - 22 foot wide instead of standard 16 ft. Pool put in in 1988, 50 feet long, 20 feet wide with 11 foot deep end. Large stamped patio put down in 2016.
