There is a gardener who helps take care of the yard so it is beautiful year round. WiFi and streaming services as well as gas and electric, trash and water are included in the rent. We live in the main house and am available for anything you might need, but also respectful of your privacy. Property offers a private entrance on the side of the house leading to the stand alone ADU. This is a dog friendly neighborhood and we have a 1.5 year old multipoo who lives here. Hes amazing, lovable, and well trained. 1. Rent includes all utilities, water, trash, WiFi and Netflix and prime video streaming services as well as EV charging privileges. 2. We provide starting toiletries and essentials (including coffee/tea) so on move in day, life can be easy as you settle in. The supply is enough for about 7-10 days. 3. The guest house is on the same property as the house we live in, so if you ever need anything we are generally here to assist. That said, we also respect our tenants' privacy.
