There are NO Upstairs Neighbors No Downstairs Neighbors. Large partially fenced yard. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: *Verification of gross income (paystubs, W2s, bank statements) that exceeds $3,200 per month and *a history of past rent payments that have been made on time as verified by current and past property managers.
