Lovely furnished house near Elmore's Corner, we lovingly call it "the Farmhouse." 4 Bedrooms (one is nonconforming though), 2 bath house with pellet fireplace and sunroom. It has two large decks and one small deck for enjoyment of the outdoor space and mature apple trees that are about to fruit for the season. Fenced front yard and pet friendly to approved pets! Plenty of parking but unfortunately no garage. Trash and water is included in rent. The house does have an apartment out back with its own entrance, yard, laundry, etc. So there's a small wall shared but otherwise separate. Owner pays for water and trash. Gas, electric, internet tenants' responsibility. I prefer a year lease but can be flexible for the right applicants.
