It is attached to a larger house (but not in an apartment complex--a mother-in-law apartment with its own entrance, laundry, yard, etc.). Trash, water, sewer is paid for by landlord, and it's pet friendly for approved and well-behaved pets. There is plenty of parking but no garage. There are also a few mature apple trees that are nearly ready to fruit for the season! Owner pays for water, trash, sewer. Gas and electric and internet are tenants' responsibilities. I prefer a year lease but that's negotiable for the right tenant. No smoking, snow removal is tenants' responsibility.
