I'm a quiet female moving into a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house on May 30th, 2015 and am looking for housemates. $900.00 will cover all utilities including the internet, a private bedroom, a shared bathroom, and full access the house. There is a dishwasher, a washer, and a dyer in the house as well as other appliances (listed in this post.) There is a 2 car garage and driveway parking available. There's also a backyard with a shaded patio. The neighborhood is and feels very safe - it has a nice suburban vibe. It is walking distance from the grocery store (Jon's) as well as few other stores like Subway and Wingstop. The 405 is about a 2 minute drive away. All applicants must go through a credit score check and will need to show proof of income. The house is currently occupied by the previous owner and will be until May 17th.
