There's a 200 sft workshed in the backyard that we've used for a home office and workshop. What we love about this home: our kids have ridden their bikes to Lakeridge and Islander Middle School, just 2 miles away. Situated on a quiet street, it's steps to Pioneer Park, where we've walked dogs, ridden bikes, explored, and walked to the QFC (or margaritas).
