Stove, refrigerator & heater are included to fulfill your daily needs! Bedrooms are spacious and have roll away closet doors. Bathrooms include bathtub showers, pedestal sinks and title flooring. Step out onto your personal gated backyard, perfect for those San Diego days. Parking spaces available. Owner pays for water but there is a fee $25 per person and pest control is $2. Parking is optional but the 1st spot is $30 and the 2nd spot is $40. We require all tenants to have renters insurance whether it is with us which is $12 a month or another company. Tenant is responsible for gas and electricity. MOVE IN SPECIAL: There will be a $300 signing bonus if you choose to sign a 1 year lease!
