TWO FULL BATHROOMS BABEYYYYY. Modern-esque kitchen with newer cabinetry, electric range, microwave, portable dishwasher and great sunlight! A Basement! It has plenty of room(s) down there, but heads up, it's not technically a finished basement, so we don't consider it living space, but hang out, use for storage, etc... to your hearts content! Okay, so the movie probably featured a few back yards, but this one is fenced! Talk about super... w/d in the basement. street parking. w/s/t/AND LAWNCARE included APP STUFF: We'll check your credit, and while it doesn't need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order.
