Guests have full access to the entire cabin, as well as the outdoor space and shared common area where the fire pit is located. Staying at Three Pines Cabins gives you access to our sister property's amenities. Guests are welcome to visit Sierra Blue Hotel & Swim Club to enjoy the indoor pool and spa during their stay. Lease Duration: Minimum 30 nights, renewable monthly. Rent: $3960/month (10% discount for stays of 30+ days). Deposit: $150 refundable damage deposit (cash upon arrival). Pet Fee: $60 per pet, per stay. Occupancy: Standard maximum as per unit booked; extra-person fees apply. Maintenance: Housekeeping available on request (fees may apply).
