All the expected appliances provided as well as silverware, glassware, dishware, pots and pans and many other items like air fryer, Keurig, pressure cooker etc. Washer and Dryer also available. All is needed would be sheets\pillows and towels. A 4th bedroom is an office with desk\chair and can be used if candidate works from home full or part time. Presently the other tenant utilizes the office M-F so if needed other options can be explored to accommodate. Home owner has personal Plex media server onsite with over 9K+ movies and 2.5K+ TV shows available to watch at anytime on the TV and streamed anywhere with the Plex App for Iphone\Android and is constantly updated weekly as new movies and shows are released.
