Upstairs, you'll find a king and queen bedroom, another full bath, and an additional sitting area. Each bedroom in the cottage is equipped with a fan for your comfort. The property also includes a washer and dryer, and the kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs. Linens and towels are not provided, but they are available for rent at our office. Internet access is available, and the cottage is equipped with a SMART TV, DVD player, and gas grill. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the premises. The cottage is ideally located with shared waterfront access just steps away. While the dock is shared and intended for loading and unloading only, a swim float is available for leisure. Although mooring is not available, the proximity to the water ensures endless enjoyment.
