Has a small room with a window that is too small to be considered a bedroom. Living space is absolutely adorable. Quiet and adorable! Option to have fully furnished for a fee. Owner pays for water and Internet. Tenent is responsible for power. Maximum 1 pet allowed. Pet poop must be picked up by tenent. $100 fine each time pet poop from your pet is not picked up. Maximum 2 occupants total. If you need the apartment furnished, there is an additional $200 per month fee. Weekly cleaning is available for a fee. No smoking,drugs or vaping.
