Behind the house sits a beautiful fenced-in yard (perfect for pets) and a patio with outdoor furniture, a grill, and a fireplace! Convenient off-street parking is available for two small sedans. The home comes with modern amenities, including a brand-new washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and ceiling fans in every room. This home (Unit A) is on the bottom floor of the duplex and has full rights to the driveway. The backyard, patio, and outdoor furniture are shared with the tenants upstairs (Unit B).
