When booked, it must be used for personal leisure time and can not be used for any meetings of any kind, interviews, photo/film shoots, parties, fundraisers, or anything other than quiet peaceful enjoyment. If any of these are done without permission, the rental agreement becomes null and void. This is a private, quiet residential townhouse intended to be enjoyed by the guests.
