Rt.78 leads to the Garden State Parkway 2 miles to the West onto entrance/exit # 140 and Routes 1&9, the NJ Turnpike and Newark Airport, 3 miles to the East. There is a grocery store strip mall within walking distance, 1/2 mile down the street with a mixed variety of stores in the strip. This property is Owner-Occupied and I as the landlord, am very attentive to my tenants and we keep a Very Nice Place here. However, I can't deal with any pets, of any kind, for my own health reasons, so don't bother to apply if you have any. This Apt will be available for occupancy no sooner than Feb 15th.
