A delightful full three bedroom apartment located in Center City Wilkes-Barre. Across the street from Kings College, about 1.5 blocks from Public Square which features local community events including a Fine Arts Fiesta, a weekly Farmers Market and many other activities throughout the year. There are many restaurants within walking distance that range from quick takeout to fine dining and from classic American to traditional ethnic foods from around the globe. Some shopping is available as well as a number of houses of worship. with a closet in each bedroom as well as a very large linen closet in the hallway. Tenant is responsible for utilities including; electricity, water and gas. Gas is for cooking, hot water and heat (hot water baseboard). One off street parking space included with the rental and additional off street parking spaces are available for rental on a first come/first served basis for approximately $50/month. Residents would be responsible for the utilities which include: gas, water, electric, and cable tv if desired. Rental term is one year with option to renew and longer terms are also available. Garbage service is provided by the building owner and residents can use the on site dumpsters. . Security deposit required at move in. Our lease terms are clearly defined and there is an addeddum to the lease which outlines in more specific terms any additional information regarding noise, parking, permitted uses, guest parking, etc. Utility costs can vary greatly between tenants, of course it is all based on usage. The averages are general but will provide a ballpark figure for utility costs: Gas: $45-$350 Used for heat, hot water and cooking. The range provided goes from the low end in the summer to the high end in the winter heating months. Off Street parking is included for one car per apartment and additional spaces are available for rent at $50/month. There is an on site laundry facility for residents only. Garbage removal is provided by landlord via dumpster located in the rear of the building. Cats are accepted with notice to the landlord prior to move-in and with permission after move in. Dogs are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, smoking is allowed on the rear fire escape and it is expected that any smokers will properly dispose of their cigarette butts in an appropriate container. Electric heaters of any type are strictly forbidden per the lease. Violation of the terms of this clause will result in immediate eviction proceedings.
