This home features a large hot tub on the wrap-around deck, with trees helping protect some privacy from the road. Living room with sofa bed, new gas fireplace installed June 2025, DVD player, full kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry, and dining area. One room has a Queen bed with flatscreen TV/DVD, the other with 2 Single beds, flatscreen TV/DVD and a full bath between. This is not a fancy cabin and one of our least expensive homes on our program. A great value compared to most hotels with 3 bedrooms in the area! Perfect for family of 3-4 with a dog! Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.). *PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog. Our properties do not have air conditioning. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) strong Chains or snow tires are often required in winter. Please be sure to read our Winter Disclosure, provided with a rental contract once a reservation is made. /strong strong The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up. Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 3 - Street parking is prohibited year-round. /strong STR22-6987 For rentals 60+ nights, US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus first and last two month's rent is due before Move-In. Please note, this is equal to FOUR MONTHS' RENT DUE BEFORE MOVE IN. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. For shorter ski leases, utilities will be negotiated. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
