I purchased brand new Andersen gliding patio doors disassembled uninstalled including one new triple casement window for the kitchen. The boat slip is further out than most others in the complex with deeper water. The slip can handle up to a 40ft boat by 13-14ft beam. Currently there is an 8500 to 10,000 lb lift in the slip. Our pool is heated salt water and maintained very well including tennis courts and pickle-ball court. This is a gated community with recently installed night lighting for safety. The AC unit I believe was replaced in 2018 including moving all ductwork into the attic. Having attic access makes less complication during renovations. I recently purchase a new front door by Provia. I got every option you can image on this door, and it is the best fiberglass made entry door you can get in the industry with large window at the top viewing to bring in more light. The natural wood burning fireplace was replace totally up to the roof. The fireplace can be converted to gas fireplace. It has not been used as of the writing of this listing.
