- Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs may be approved with an additional deposit and monthly fee.
- Parking: Up to 1 vehicles total may be parked in the attached carport and up to 1 vehicle can be parked across from the cabin in the additional parking area, for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be registered, running, and in good working order.
- Maintenance: Tenants must report maintenance needs promptly. No alterations to the cabin are allowed (e.g., nails, paint, removal of furniture/fixtures).
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM local time.
- Smoking / Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, etc.) inside the unit. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Smoking outside is permitted.
- Move-In / Move-Out: Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM.
- Termination: This is a month-to-month lease. Either party may end the lease with 30 days' written notice.
