A $1,000 refundable security deposit is due at move-in along with a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets are allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet, maximum of two pets per cabin. Rent is due on the first of each month and will be considered late after the fifth day, at which point a $50 late fee will apply. Utilities are included in the monthly rent, as well as parking for up to two vehicles. Smoking inside the cabins and subleasing are not permitted.
