I am a female, single, working professional living in a beautiful 4 room house in Arvada. The home is very clean and in a quiet area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, office and bath. The home is located ten minutes from Olde Town Arvada, Costco, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Twenty minutes to downtown Denver on I70 and 30 minutes to Boulder. Lots of off-street parking available, a garage, and storage in back. I have one very old cat that likes to sleep all day. No other pets please. There is an unfurnished room available in the lower level with a private bathroom (shower, sink, and vanity) and large living room area that can fit a large couch, desk, entertainment center. There are pictures of the bedroom and living room furnished right now. The entire downstairs area is yours. The rest of the home is fully furnished. There is a washer & dryer downstairs too. The kitchen is a shared space. Utilities are split equally. 12 month lease Must complete application with a credit check.
