If cleaning is not done, it will be deducted from your security deposit at the time you move out. Security deposit is refundable after one year, as long as the house and yard are clean and in equal condition as the original date of moving in. The security deposit is NOT refundable if you move out before one full year is up. A 30-day notice is required prior to moving out. DRUG-FREE Housing: Tenant or tenant's house members, guests or other persons under tenants control shall not engage in criminal activity or in any act intended to facilitate criminal activity, including the illegal manufacture, sell, use, distribution or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute or use a controlled substance. Termination can result from drug-related and alcohol abuse activities on or off premises, not just on or near the premises. 10.
