Fall of 2005, a new furnace and central air system were installed, as well as the 200Amp electrical service and hot wated on demand. Gas, water, and electric have slowly been upgraded throughout the house. Summer of 2007, double-pane low-E windows were installed throughout the house, with the exception of attic and basement. Also, summer 2006, the North facing sun porch was upgraded from a flat roof, to a winterized and pitched metal roof. Summer of 2008, the front of the house was repainted white, as well as adding the bay window to the front North of the sun porch. Mid-summer 2008, the bathroom was fully gutted, insulated, updated to incorporate a jetted bathtub, new electric, new water supply and drain lines, additional ventilation, and ceramic tile floor. Summer of 2009, the South side and North side were updated with a new coat of paint. Additionally, 6-solar panels were added to the driveway side of the house to add a "Going Greener" theme to the house.
