The house is 3 br 2 ba and has been completely updated from the new room to the new floors and the new countertops in between. The renovation also included replacing all electrical outlets, switches, and to really finish what I stated I put in new light fixtures. I didn't stop there though I replaced the watter heater and lines to the toilets and sinks as well as the toilets and sinks. I also painted the outside and inside and replaced storm doors as well as the vents on top of the house. This house is good to go since the honey do list is now complete you can feel confident that you will be able to relax and watch the game instead of having to deal with a leaky roof or a sparking outlet.
