Red Ledges HOA requires a 90 day minimum lease period. Membership must be transferred from the homeowner to the tenant which takes approximately 2 weeks and requires a background check on the tenant by the HOA. All outside maintenance of the home is provided by the HOA and the homeowner. A $1000 cleaning fee is also required which includes one interim stay clean plus a deep clean after check out.
