Two rooms available in a large house. Both rooms have a window, one looks out at a spectacular view of the mountains. Rooms are on the second level. The flooring is carpet. There will be a shared bathroom on the main level. One of the rooms could have a bed if needed. The shared space in the house is the living room, which is very large with lots of windows and a door out to one of the backyard decks. The kitchen area is very large with an island and plenty of cabinet space for everybody. Kitchen was recently remodeled with new cabinetry and appliances. The floors throughout the main level is brazilian cherry hardwood. This is a house of females, except for a 12 year old boy, and would prefer females. There is one dog in the house but would consider a dog friendly female. This is a no smoking property please. I feel like a professional adult would fit in well. Need to discuss unusual division of utilities as there are many aspects to this property. The rooms are available now and would like a one year or more lease. Due to a child in school please be respectful of quiet time after 9pm during the week.
