Located less than 30 minutes away from Walmarts in either direction, and other local stores, also. Close to other attractions such as famous Route 66 in Litchfield, IL and a drive-in. Bowling alleys, indoor theatres, and beer gardens. Diners and restaurants. County fairs and farmers markets. Less than an hour away from the White City, IL motorcycle hill climbs. Springfield,IL is only an hour and ten minutes away. This house has many special memories for me and my kids and grandkids. We wouldn't be parting with it except for the fact that we have family down south and we want to relocate to be there with them. Utility bills run about $50 monthly for water and around $150 to $200 monthly for electric. Gas for hot water heater and furnace are included in the electric bill. Ameren Illinois is the provider.   New furnace in 2020, new siding in 2019, and new roof and gutters in 2015. *SOLD AS-IS*, must have proof of funds or pre-approval before showings!
