It has almost everything - pool, gym, theater, big garden area, laundry at each building, library, printer, automated parcel pickup, free secured parking, gated entrance and 24/7 security. It is all within 10-20mins drive. Public transportation is great for going to USC, UCLA, Santa Monica. Within mins of walking distance: Lots of food places - Subway, Panda, TGIF, McD, and many more. Ralphs, Ross, BofA, CVS, gas, service stations 405 is two blocks away Total rent: $2400 - Your share: $1200 - I highly prefer just 1 person to take the room, however, it is possible to bring in a 3rd person contingent upon we both agree and it doesn't turn the house into a party place. I can't compromise on peaceful living. Deposit: $500 - your share $250. Utilities: About $90 per person ( water, gas, electricity, and internet, + $3.61 government fee) Parking: Free and Secured - Included in the rent About you: Male/Female. Good credit, pay on time. I do prefer someone in my age group tho - mid 20s to early 30s - just so there are common grounds, professionals, share similar lifestyle and easy to get along. If you are a fun person, respectful, pay on-time, and maintain a low-key@home, then we can get along easily. One thing I don't want it to happen is party-home, once in a while is totally fine.
