Written letters of recommendation are required from all potential tenants. The last 3-5 landlords, within in the last 5 years, shall provide these letters of recommendation. A "letter of verfication" of fulltime employment with yearly income must be presented prior to approval; The applicant shall have least 2 years of employment with the same employer. If there is no past history of tenancy within a 5 year timeframe; Then at least 3 character references from community members, or members in a worship community will be sufficient to present for consideration of the applicant's character, for potential tenancy. All letters must be typed and notarized for consideration. There are no exceptions to these qualifications for tenancy.
