This sweet casita is a quiet space located only one mile from the Hot Springs Historic District Downtown and Rio Grande River. It offers a great base to travel just 10 minutes to Elephant Butte Lake and golf course. 2 minutes from freeway taking you to places like White Sands, Spaceport, Gila National Forest and Cliff Dwellings, Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, Organ Mountains, Albuquerque and Santa Fe day trips. A restful retreat after a day of hiking, soaking, visiting our unique galleries and shops, or just hanging out at our local brewery. This casita is comfortably suited for two to four guests. With one master bedroom and bath, a queen size futon and a Full size CordaRoy convertible chair/futon. Deck and backyard face the east Turtleback Mountain. Small fully fenced backyard that is private. Parking: driveway with room for 1-4 cars and on-street parking in front of the house. Neighborhood: Friendly neighbors. On the end of a cul-de-sac. Guest access: You have private access to the entire house, front, and back yards. No access to barn shed. Other things to note There is a Walmart in town (a short drive) as well a local supermarket (Bullocks) in the Hot Springs District. Major grocery stores and shops are just one hour south in Las Cruces. I live here nine months out of the year and enjoy my easy-to-care-for indoor plants. I imagine you will, too! DURATION: This is a Mid-Term rental. This summer 2025, my property is available between June 15th-September 15th. Rent for One month or longer.
