Beach access at Golden Gardens, local marina, gorgeous views of Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains and the most beautiful sunsets at Sunset Park. I think it is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the northwest. NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION: It borders on Ballard , Loyal Heights & Sunset Park. All are fantastic family friendly, dog friendly, safe neighborhoods. It has its own local business core with cute shops and great restaurants. People like to walk, jog and bike. Many people take public transit to work which is quick and easy and has new buses with rapid rides routes to downtown. Ballard feels like a small town in a big city...with all the benefits of the best food and entertainment in our back yard. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME: Location, Location, Location! And the best neighbors ever. Also the layout of the house makes sense. Many Ballard bungalows have small rooms or awkward design.
