I'm renting out my spare bedroom in Pigtown that easily fits a queen size bed. The entire house was redone top to bottom in 2020, with your bedroom being remodeled this year as well. Your private bathroom has a full bath, 2 sink vanity, and even it's own toilet room! The pictures of the room are shown at half furnished to show you how well a queen size bed would fit in the room. The room itself can come furnished or unfurnished, though. Full size washer/dryer on site. Fenced in back patio. Basement for storage. I also have a roof top deck with AMAZING views of the sunrise/sunset and Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium! It's also a great place to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and I know most of the neighbors. It's a cute little community that's super close to all major highways in the area. Base rent is $900. ALL utilities, including 300 mbps internet and monthly cleaning of common areas are another $200. I travel alot so you'll have the place to yourself most of the time. I have 2 super friendly cats so no other pets please. No smoking or drugs. Viewing available most weekends or after I get home from work around 8pm. Flexible lease with 3 months minimum.
