Hard wood floors, carpeting in bdrms, 2 parking stalls off back patio, laundry with wshr&dryr, quiet cul-de-sac, AC, ceiling fans in bdrms, refrigerator, micro wave, DW, range/oven, linen closet up stairs, hall closet dwn stairs, walking distance to SD trolly. Owner pays for water and trash, tenant pays for electricity. No heating system, but nothing more than space heaters necessary. No smoking and no pets are preferred. Neighbors are quiet and friends of mine. I'm interested in good credit history and only sign for 30 day rental agreements. Leases are only good for tenants, nothing I can do to hold a tenant to a lease, so why sign one?
