This freshly painted studio comes with a new stove, countertop, kitchen cabinets and bathroom amenities. Our building is centrally located north of downtown Milwaukee's Lower East Side. It is on the bus routes to downtown and U.W. Milwaukee and has a streetcar pickup point 3 blocks away. We are also located two blocks from Brady Street, a social hub. Tenant will be responsible for electric bill, water/sewer and cable utilities. The water/sewer bill is set around $35 per quarter (every 3 months). This is a no smoking building, so if you are a smoker, you must smoke outside the premises. There are no parking spots currently available, so on street parking requires an overnight permit (from Milwaukee Parking Enforcement) for overnight parking and a daytime permit (obtainable from the District 1 police station) for daytime parking. You can get up to date information on parking regulations and permits from the City of Milwaukee web site. You must have a signed lease to get parking permits.
