It is a 5 min walk to the Bosque trails /Tingley beach area, the famed Barelas Coffee House, the Rail Yards Market, ABQ biopark and other shops/restaurants downtown. The Amtrak station to Santa Fe is a 20 min walk, and UNM/CNM , Isotopes stadium, the hospitals are a 20 min bike/10 min drive . Great public transportation access! 1000 deposit. Month to month.
