Washer, Dryer, Stove and Fridge are all available to rent or buy. All furniture is also available to rent if desired. Call for details. 5) Tenant pays all utilities but will have option to pay a flat fee each month to owner for all utilities. 6) No smokers. 7) Credit score of at least 620 or working towards it. 8) Good rental history required (Must provide previous landlord phone number and No evictions.) 9) No criminal history for the last 5 years and no sex offenders. 10) Rent is due on the 1st of each month and if not received by the 5th then a 10 percent late fee will be added. 11) We prefer that long term tenants sign a 1 year lease while traveling healthcare workers can do a 3 month lease.
