Modifications and Alterations: Any modifications to the property must be approved in writing by the landlord prior to any work being done. This includes, but is not limited to: -Painting walls or cabinetry -Changing or installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, or hardware -Mounting large items (such as TVs or shelves) that may cause wall damage -Installing security systems, smart locks, or cameras -Making any landscaping changes or adding outdoor structures (e.g., garden beds, patio furniture anchored to the ground, etc.) Any unapproved modifications may be required to be restored to the original condition at the renter's expense.
