1920 craftsman bungalow on a hill with a skyline view and part of a very large group of historic neighborhoods near downtown Atlanta. Walking distance to many parks including Atlanta's first City Park which houses the Zoo as Well. The park was designed by Fredrick Law Olmsted. The street is named after the city itself and was recently the pavement with bricks. The area is a hot area with new restaurant and business enclaves everywhere on all sides, yet the neighborhoods remain primarily residential with a full canopy of trees. The new belt line is a couple of blocks behind my house and Georgia State University, Marta, and Downtown are 10 minute walking distance.
