Your future roommates are 25-35-year-old males and would like another professional male in the age range of 30-40. About the neighborhood: It's about a 7-12 minute walk to downtown Hoboken/Hoboken PATH. The 87 bus leads right to the PATH station right outside of the apartment! It's also about a 7-10 minute walk to AMCE and Target. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Newport PATH station, and Newport Mall, also very close to the high rail lines. About the room: The room will easily fit a queen-size bed, desk, and other furniture. The room does come equipped with a ceiling fan, but there's also central air conditioning, along with heating. The bathroom is shared between you and one other roommate, which we take turns with making sure it's kept very clean. Extras and amenities: We have a friendly apartment dog, which seconds as a built-in home security system! There's a FREE GYM in the apartment complex and a W/D in the basement. The apartment will be available for move-in on March 1st. Please provide one month's rent for the security deposit upon move-in. Month to month lease.
